What are your delivery times?
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. To lower our overall carbon footprint, we only ship out twice a week, on Wednesdays + Fridays (excluding national holidays).

Can you provide worldwide shipping?
Yes, we are a global brand, and we ship out all over the world. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery. Shipping estimates do not include custom clearance times. We are unable to create international return labels so return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer.
We ship orders to over 100 countries and regions, please email us for precise info on shipping costs + procedures for your order.
Where is my order?
Please track your order through the link delivered in your confirmation email. If you have an account with us, log into your account in the top right corner of the screen and view the progress of your order.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
We are a boutique brand with a common goal to lower our carbon footprint as we work. Please double check your order before placing it as we cannot cancel or edit anything once you have completed an order.
How do I know what size to order?
We know how difficult it can be to order sizes online, so we have done our best to give you as much information as possible to make your decision. We provide you with each models’ height, weight, what size they are wearing, and if they are wearing it as a regular fit, relaxed fit, or extra slouchy. Also, please look on our website for videos of our models demonstrating their size + fit.
How do I care for my product?
Each item has its own specific care instructions. Please go to the specific product page for that item here on our website for that information.
My item is damaged. Can it be repaired?
If your item is damaged in any way, please email us directly, and we will contact you within 48 hours during business hours.

We are always restocking, as fast as we can! Once an item that you are waiting for is restocked, you'll be immediately notified by email.

Is every item at The Beautiful Earth organic, vegan, sustainable + recycled?
We strive to bring you the most sustainable clothing line plus healthy essentials possible that are ethically sourced + made by wonderful humans that are also super-cool looking to wear. With this objective in mind, we work with many different manufacturers and partners around the world. Everything in our line cannot be all things at once, though. For example, our organic cotton tee is not recycled, and our consciously recycled beanie is not organic. Some of our items are organically-made, some are recycled, some are hemp, some are bamboo, some are stainless steel, and some are BPA-free, but ALL have the goal of being good for the planet + good for our bodies. Our interior heat transfer labels are made with non-toxic, water based inks.
Our screenprint logos, patches, and woven labels are all traditionally made at the moment until we find a new way to make them sustainably.
We are on a mission to keep finding new, innovative, and improved methods to make every intricate part of our products as healthy, eco-friendly + sustainable as possible, and we will continue to evolve, learn, and implement these new methods into our production as they become available.

Printed Logos, Interior Labels, + Patches
Logos + Interior Labels
Our printed logos are made with water-based inks without harsh or toxic chemicals. Our interior labels are either made with the same water-based ink or made with an eco-friendly Supacolor heat transfer which also uses water-based inks that are used as a sustainable alternative to PVC + plastisol.
Our patches are traditionally made and or either attached via heat transfer or embroidered.
